After earning MSc in organic chemistry at University of Nantes France, Mr. Lemaire moved to University of Pierre & Marie Curie to receive his PhD under supervision of Prof. G. Poli in 2002. Then he moved to Belgium first for a 2-year post-doc in the group of Prof. I. Marko and finally joined chemical development department at Janssen in 2004. In 2017, Mr. Lemaire have joined Janssen China in Shanghai to work with external partners supporting early development portfolio. Since 2019, Mr. Lemaire is working as scientific director in Belgium to move projects from development phase to commercial plant.
