Poster sessions

POSTER SESSIONS:
There will be 2 poster sessions during the conference:

POSTER SESSION 1: from 17:30 to 19:00 on July 4, 2022
Set-up: from 08:30 to 10:00 on July 4, 2022
Dismantling: from 19:00 to 19:30 on July 4, 2022

POSTER SESSION 2: from 17:30 to 19:00 on July 5, 2022
Set-up: from 08:30 to 10:00 on July 5, 2022
Dismantling: from 19:00 to 19:30 on July 5, 2022

Both sessions will take place in the lobby of the conference center. The author should be present at his/her poster during the designated poster session date and time. Beer, wine and other soft drinks will be served during the sessions.

If author chose to participate virtually, he/she will be asked to be present on Zoom during the designated poster session date and time.

Conference Secretariat will not take responsibility for left or damaged posters.

Please note, that poster presentations will be scheduled to the exact session by the end of May. More details will be sent to authors in due time.

PAPER POSTER PREPARATION GUIDELINES:

  • Poster should include title, name of authors, institution and country.
  • The poster should be easily readable from a distance of 1 meter.
  • The language of the poster should be English.
  • All posters will be placed on the white Octanorm panel boards: Portrait orientation, 100 cm (width) x 250 cm (height). Available poster area: 95 cm (width) x 235 cm (height).
  • It is up to the author to decide if to place a poster on one or several sheets.
  • Please bring your poster to the conference yourself.

Conference Secretariat will provide adhesive pads for setting up the posters on the boards.

E-POSTER PREPARATION GUIDELINES:

  • Poster should include title, name of authors, institution and country.
  • The language of the poster should be English.
  • E-Poster file shall be prepared as .pdf.
  • We recommend to use PowerPoint (16:9 aspect ratio), but other programs can also be used as preferred by the author.
  • It is also up to the author to decide if to place a poster on one or several sheets.
  • Please send us your e-poster by email (registration@seventips.lt) no later than June 15, 2022

E-poster shall be prepared by authors who chose virtual participation only.
