Registration fee (virtual participation) includes:
- Access to virtual event platform to watch live conference streaming
- Access to conference recordings after the conference.
- e-Abstract book
Accompanying person‘s fee (live participation) includes:
- Welcome reception
- Vilnius City tour
Ways of payment:
There are 2 ways of payment available for the participants of the conference:
- Payment by credit card
- Payment by bank transfer

Invoices:
Proforma invoice will be issued and sent to participant shortly after registration form is submitted. Final invoices will be sent to all participants after the end of BOS Conference.
Cancellation:
Cancellation received before May 10 2022 – full refund*
Cancellation received before June 1, 2022 – 50 % refund
Cancellation received after June 2, 2022 – no refund
There will be no refunds for no-shows
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat by email
*30 Eur will be deducted as administration fee
