All prices above include VAT (21%). Registration fees are in euros.
*The reduced student fee is available for bachelor's, master's, and doctoral students.

Registration
Payment for conference registration is possible through our online payment system. To register and pay for the conference, please visit the Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis website (link here)
- After filling out the registration form and making the payment, you will receive an automatic registration confirmation from bos2024@osi.lv containing a summary of the selected options.
- If you did not receive the e-mail confirming that the registration is complete, please check your spam filter. If it is not here, please contact bos2024@osi.lv
- The participant/payer is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.

For Group Registrations and Payments
If you prefer group registration (for more than 2 participants) with payment via bank transfer:
- Download and fill out the group registration form (download here).
- Email the form to bos2024@osi.lv
We'll issue an invoice for the payment. After payment is received, each group member will receive a confirmation email from bos2024@osi.lv, confirming their registration.
Cancellation policy and refunds
- Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to bos2024@osi.lv
- In case of cancellation of registration until 1 June 2024, the total amount, except for a cancellation fee of 50 euros, will be refunded. In case of later cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
- No refunds will be granted to non-attendees.
Invoice
The invoice will be issued after the payment confirmation in pdf format is mailed to e-mail address - bos2024@osi.lv
The invoice will be sent as a PDF attachment.
Invitation letter
Invitation letters for visa purposes are available only to registered participants. Registration must be complete, and payment received to receive your invitation letter. Request fot Invitation letter must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat, e-mail: bos2024@osi.lv
Privacy Policy
By registering for the conference, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be processed following the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will be used solely for conference registration, providing payment options, and informing you about any changes to the event schedule.
The Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis (LIOS) is the organizer of the Balticum Organicum Syntheticum 2024 conference. To administer and organize the conference, the LIOS must collect and process personal data. You can learn more about LIOS's data handling procedures by visiting the following link: https://www.osi.lv/en/privacy-policy/
The personal data provided in the event registration form will be retained by LIOS for 30 (thirty) days after the event, after which the data will be securely deleted.
You have the right to request access to your data held by LIOS, request correction or deletion of inaccurate personal data by justifying the request, request restriction of processing of personal data in cases provided by law, and object to the processing. For inquiries regarding the processing of personal data or alleged violations in the processing of personal data, you may contact the Data Protection Officer at LIOS or file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Data State Inspectorate of the Republic of Latvia.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without adverse consequences by sending a notification to the email address: sinta@osi.lv. Please note that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
