General guidlines

  • Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully
  • The conference abstract is limited to 1 page
  • Upload your abstract in .doc or .docx format in the form below
  • Authors will receive an automatic confirmation from balticumorganicumsyntheticum@gmail.com once an abstract is submitted.
  • The presenting author has to register and pay the fee otherwise the Scientific Committee reserves the right to withdraw the abstract from the Abstract Book. It is also expected that the presenting author will attend the BOS Conference and do a presentation at the event.
  • There is no limitation to the number of abstracts that one author can submit.
  • If an abstract submission confirmation email is not received, we advise you to check your spam folder first. If emails are not found there, we ask authors to contact the BOS Secretariat at balticumorganicumsyntheticum@gmail.com.

A committee of BOS organizers have reviewed all the posters and nominated 5 to also present their work as a talk at a special session during BOS2024 on July 9.

About Poster session

The conference will have two poster sessions: on July 8 (odd numbers) and on July 9 (even numbers).

All posters should be mounted on Monday (July 8) morning and removed on Tuesday (July 9) evening. All supplies necessary to set up the posters will be provided by the conference organizers. The number of each poster stand will be identified by the abstract number published in the Abstract Book.

The best poster presenters will receive awards based on the evaluation by the Scientific Committee.
