All prices above include VAT (24%). Registration fees are in euros.
*The reduced student fee is available for bachelor's, master's, and doctoral students.

Registration information

The registration fee includes:
- Admission to scientific sessions
- Conference materials
- Coffee/refreshments during breaks
- Lunches
- Welcome reception
- Walking Tour in Tallinn Old Town

After filling out the registration form and making the payment, you will receive an automatic registration confirmation from containing a summary of the selected options.

The participant/payer is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.

The invoice will be issued after the payment confirmation in pdf format and will be sent as a PDF attachment.

Invitation letters for visa purposes are available only to registered participants. Registration must be complete, and payment received to receive your invitation letter. Request for Invitation letter must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat, e-mail: kertu.kosk@taltech.ee

Accompanying Persons' Registration and Payments
Delegates attending BOS 2026 have the opportunity to register a partner or family member to join them during the social activities. You can register an accompanying person on your registration form.

Cancellation policy and refunds

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to kertu.kosk@taltech.ee
In case of cancellation of registration until 15 May 2026, the total amount, except for a cancellation fee of 50 euros, will be refunded. In case of later cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
No refunds will be granted to non-attendees.
