The committee of BOS organizers will review all the abstracts and nominate 10 to present their work as a flash presentation (5 min).
Conference will have two flash presentation sessions: Monday, June 29: 16:00-16:30 and Tuesday, June 30: 16:00-16:30

Presentation Checklist

  • Email your slides. Please email your slides in advance of the session.
  • Arrive early. Please arrive at the session 10 minutes early and connect with the other presenters and session chair so that the session may start on time.
  • Give your presentation.
  • End on time. It is essential that you end on time to ensure that all participants have the opportunity to present their work.
  • Presenters giving flash talks are also expected to present a poster in the poster session.
