\n1.06.2026: Deadline for abstract submission<\/p>\n

General guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Please download the Abstracts template BOS2026<\/a> and follow the format carefully<\/li>\n
  • The conference abstract is limited to 1 page<\/li>\n
  • Upload your abstract in .doc<\/strong> or .docx<\/strong> format in the form below<\/li>\n
  • Authors will receive an automatic confirmation once an abstract is submitted. If an abstract submission confirmation email is not received, we advise you to check your spam folder first. If emails are not found there, we ask authors to contact the BOS Secretariat.<\/li>\n
  • Authors will recieve confirmation letter when abstract is accepted.<\/li>\n
  • The presenting author has to register and pay the fee otherwise the organizers of BOS 2026 conference reserves the right to withdraw the abstract from the Abstract Book. It is also expected that the presenting author will attend the BOS Conference and do a presentation at the event.<\/li>\n
  • Due to the room size for the poster sessions, the organizers of the BOS 2026 conference reserve the right to close abstract submission before deadline if the maximum number of posters is received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Flash presentations
    \n<\/strong>The committee of BOS organizers will review all the abstracts and nominate 10 to present their work as a     flash presentation<\/a> (5 min). As part of the abstract submission process, please indicate your consent and willingness to present a flash presentation.<\/p>\n

    About Poster Session
    \n<\/strong>The conference will have two     poster sessions<\/a>. All supplies necessary to set up the posters will be provided by the conference organizers. The number of each poster stand will be identified by the abstract number published in the Abstract Book.<\/p>\n

    The Best Poster Awards
    \n<\/strong>The best poster presenters will receive awards based on the evaluation by the Scientific Committee.<\/p>\n
