Registration information<\/strong><\/p>\n

The registration fee includes:

After filling out the registration form and making the payment, you will receive an automatic registration confirmation from containing a summary of the selected options.
\nIf you did not receive the e-mail confirming that the registration is complete, please check your spam filter. If it is not here, please contact kertu.kosk@taltech.ee
\nThe participant\/payer is responsible for any bank charges\/fees associated with the payment.<\/p>\n

The invoice will be issued after the payment confirmation in pdf format and will be sent as a PDF attachment.<\/p>\n

Invitation letters for visa purposes are available only to registered participants. Registration must be complete, and payment received to receive your invitation letter. Request for Invitation letter must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat, e-mail: kertu.kosk@taltech.ee<\/p>\n

Accompanying Persons' Registration and Payments<\/strong>
\nDelegates attending BOS 2026 have the opportunity to register a partner or family member to join them during the social activities. You can register an accompanying person on your registration form.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy and refunds
\n<\/strong>
\nNotification of cancellation must be sent in writing to kertu.kosk@taltech.ee
\nIn case of cancellation of registration until 15 May 2026, the total amount, except for a cancellation fee of 50 euros, will be refunded. In case of later cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
\nNo refunds will be granted to non-attendees.<\/p>\n
