Poster sessions
The conference will have two poster sessions.
- Monday, June 29 16:30-18:30: Poster Session 1 – odd numbers,
- Tuesday, June 30 16:30-18:30: Poster Session 2 – even numbers.
The number of each poster stand will be identified by the abstract number published in the Abstract Book.
All supplies necessary to set up the posters will be provided by the conference organizers.
Posters will be displayed throughout the whole conference.
Please remove your poster on Tuesday evening after the second poster session, or on Wednesday morning before the first coffee break. Any posters left mounted on the boards will be removed and disposed of.
Poster size
Posters must be vertically oriented and sized according to the A0 paper dimensions.
- Height: 1189 mm (46.8 inches)
- Width: 841 mm (33.1 inches)
*No poster printing service is provided by the organizers. Please print your poster and bring it with you.
