Since 2013, he has been a lecturer at the Department of Chemistry at Lancaster University, UK, and has research interests in new synthetic method development and enantioselective catalysis. Prior to this, Vilius completed his PhD under the supervision of Prof. Steven Ley at the University of Cambridge, UK.
