Poli in 2002. Then he moved to Belgium first for a 2-year post-doc in the group of Prof. I. Marko and finally joined chemical development department at Janssen in 2004. In 2017, Mr. Lemaire have joined Janssen China in Shanghai to work with external partners supporting early development portfolio.
