{"id":1526,"date":"2019-06-19T12:31:56","date_gmt":"2019-06-19T09:31:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boschem.eu\/bos2020\/?page_id=1526"},"modified":"2022-04-06T12:07:26","modified_gmt":"2022-04-06T09:07:26","slug":"abstract-submission","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/boschem.eu\/bos2022\/abstract-submission\/","title":{"rendered":"Abstract submission"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pl-1526\"  class=\"panel-layout\" ><div id=\"pg-1526-0\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-has-style\" ><div id=\"abstract-submission\" class=\"panel-row-style panel-row-style-for-1526-0\" ><div id=\"pgc-1526-0-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1526-0-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_themegrill_flash_heading tg-widget section-title-wrapper panel-first-child\" data-index=\"0\" >\t<h3 class=\"section-title\">Abstract submission<\/h3>\n<\/div><div id=\"panel-1526-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-1526-0-0-1\" ><div class=\"textwidget\"><p>BOS Conference offers an opportunity to deliver presentations in either a\u00a0<strong>poster <\/strong>or an <strong>oral format<\/strong> therefore authors are invited to submit abstracts until <strong>April 1, 2022. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Deadline is extended until April 17, 2022.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>All authors who submitted their abstracts to initially scheduled BOS Conference 2020 and later in 2021 shall re-submit their abstracts by following the instructions below.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014-<\/p>\n<p><strong>GENERAL GUIDELINES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All abstracts must be submitted via EasyCahir platform.<\/li>\n<li>Authors will receive an automatic confirmation once an abstract is submitted.<\/li>\n<li>All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Confirmation of the status\/form of the presentation will be sent once the review process is complete but no later than<strong> April 15, 2022. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(Deadline is extended until May 2, 2022.)<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Authors are asked to state their format preference as part of their online abstract submission however the Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide on the final type of presentation.<\/li>\n<li>After the abstract is accepted, the presenting author is expected to register and pay the fee until <strong>May 2, 2022 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(Deadline is extended until May 10, 2022.) <\/span><\/strong> otherwise the Scientific Committee reserves the right to withdraw the abstract from the Abstract Book. It is also expected that the presenting author would attend the BOS Conference and do a presentation at the event.<\/li>\n<li>There is no limitation for the number of abstracts that one author can submit.<\/li>\n<li>If an abstract submission confirmation email or an abstract status notification email is not received, we advice to check a spam folder first. If emails are not found there, we ask authors to contact BOS Secretariat at registration@seventips.lt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nGUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication. We recommend that a native English speaker should edit each abstract before submission.<\/li>\n<li>Please include full name (not initials) of each author so that an accurate index could be produced. If the author is on more than one abstract, please make sure that the name and affiliation is identical in each abstract, so that all abstracts could be indexed to the same name.<\/li>\n<li>Your abstract should be less than\u00a0<u>one<\/u> page (A5-paper) in length.<\/li>\n<li>All abstracts must be presented in .doc \/ .docx format by filling a template which can be downloaded from EasyChair platfrom.<\/li>\n<li>After submission abstract content and other details can be modified until <strong>April 1, 2022. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(Deadline is extended until April 17, 2022)<\/span>. <\/strong>Please login to EasyChair to update your abstract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT NOTE<\/strong>: the young scientists submitting abstract may indicate whether they wish to present results as a short oral presentation (15 min) during a plenary session.
