On-line registration is closed.
\n(Notification<\/span>: you will receive a confirmation email that your registration form is completed. Please contact kertu.kosk@ttu.ee if you have any problems with the registration form).
\nThe number of registrations is limited to 300 attendees. <\/span>Early registration is recommended.<\/p>\n

\nPayment of the registration fee must be submitted in advance according to the terms of payment. Registration fees are only available when both registration and payment are submitted before 15 June, 2018<\/strong> (early registration: before 25 May, 2018, <\/strong>payments before 30 May, 2018<\/strong>). Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full. All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to reelika.allemann@reisiekspert.ee<\/p>\n

\u00a0Closing Banquet<\/strong>
\nThe Closing Banquet is not included <\/u>in the registration fee. Tickets can be purchased when registering for the conference for a fee 60 EUR (student fee: 40 EUR), payable in advance together with the registration fee. Please use the conference registration form for booking and payment.<\/p>\n

Pre- and post-conference tours<\/strong>

Terms of Payment<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>The registration fee must be paid in advance by bank transfer or by credit card. 2,5% bank fee will be applied to creditcard payments.<\/p>\n

Cancellations\/Refunds
\n<\/strong>Refunds prior to May 25, 2018 will be at 95% of the total remitted.
\nRefunds requested after May 25, 2018 will be at 80% of the total remitted.
\nRefunds requested after June 1, 2018 will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.<\/p>\n

NOTE: To avoid problems, you may want to inform your credit card and bank card companies that you will be in Tallinn during BOS. Occasionally, credit\/debit card use has been truncated by companies when they suddenly detect activity from an unusual part of the world. Please check with your bank to be sure that your card will operate in the systems to be found in your travels.<\/p>\n
